“I take my dog to Camp Run-A-Mutt next door (which I also need to do a review on soon...they are awesome!) and stumbled across SMTF Mission Bay. I have tried traditional gym memberships in the past, but they never work for me (I admit . . . I am not good at self motivation like a lot of people I know). At SMTF, everyone there is working with a trainer, and looking to improve their fitness and overall health. Which brings me to Zee! From the list of trainers on their web site, I was immediately drawn to Zahrai (Zee) Cuevas. I sent her a personal email and she got back to me right away. I met her for a free session to see if we were a good fit, and I knew right away we were. In just 3 months working with Zee, I began to see incredible results in the way I look and feel. I am currently down almost 20lbs and 1 size and have noticeable muscle definition. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to working out! I could go on and on about how truly wonderful she is (as a trainer and a person) . . . but bottom line is that if you are looking for some motivation to get healthy, fit and strong, I highly recommend SMTF and Zee!!!
